Recruitment Partnership and Technology Manager
Reporting to: Chief Operations Officer, Safecount (with local reporting into the UK Managing Director)
Location: Central London
Safecount is a leading online technology company that enables advertisers, researchers and media companies to understand the effectiveness of online advertising and marketing programs. In order to do this, Safecount uses information collected from multiple websites and launch market research surveys which allow consumers to share their opinions if they wish to do so.
Safecount is expanding into Europe and is looking for an entrepreneurial type to help get the business up and running in the UK.
Job Description: Join a rapidly growing organisation that rewards innovation, commitment and hard work. Safecount, a WPP Company, is looking for a client service focused, tech-savvy individual to lead a new business unit focusing on media partnerships and recruitment technology management.
As the need for research continues to migrate online, it is critical to perform the survey recruitment function with extreme sensitivity to the needs of consumers as well as media partners. Safecount is proactively protecting the ecosystem of web-intercept surveys with a common platform that will both protect users from abuse as well as give publishers more control.
Specifically, this person will:
First 3-6 months:
- Become extremely familiar with the Safecount recruitment systems by assisting in project management and technology troubleshooting
After 6 months:
- Interface directly with online media partners (ie. Yahoo, MSN, The Guardian, Eurosport, etc) to assess their needs as participants in online research and educate them on the research platform and technology which Safecount offers
- Persuade online media partners to adopt the research platform and technology which Safecount offers
Requirements:
Qualifications we're looking for in the Recruitment Partnership and Technology Manager:
- Excellent persuasion skills, and 5+ years using and developing these persuasive skills
- At least 5 years experience in the digital or online advertising, survey sampling or technology arenas
- Proven ability to interface and influence at a senior level, and at least 3 years experience interfacing at this level
- Prior experience in digital advertising and/or online lead generation desired
- Proven experience in sales, client services, and ad operations
- Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex subjects to all audiences in understandable terms
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously

Safecount, experts in online survey recruitment and data collection, is hiring a Project Manager in their New York City office. Specifically, the Project Manager will assist with operational duties, managing the implementation of campaigns and helping the Account Management team in building relationships with clients and partners. Knowledge of ad serving systems such as DART or Atlas DMT (online ad trafficking or working in project mgmt. systems also applicable) strongly preferred.

Safecount™, a newly formed WPP company, is leading the industry to make live web intercept survey recruitment simple and transparent for website publishers, the research community, and the end user. Dynamic Logic's success using this technology has led to forming a completely new company that focuses on this area.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
1+ years trafficking experience
Experience of adserving systems,
such as DART, Atlas DMT, and RealMedia OAS (a must)
Basic knowledge of HTML
Strong interpersonal/communication skills
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Good understanding of online advertising or Interactive Media Experience
